The Every Dog Project

The Every Dog Project offers private one on one lessons with you and your dog, group obedience classes, and behaviour consultations in your home.

The Every Dog Project offers private lessons with you and your dog allowing you to have the entire session's focus on your dog. This allows the flow of the lesson to be specific to your pet. Each lesson is scheduled for one hour unless otherwise discussed and held weekly.

Behaviour consultations are offered and conducted in your home to solve concerning/undesirable behaviours from your family pet. This allows me to see the unwanted behavior first hand in the dog's environment and allows us to work together to reach set goals for more desirable behaviour. Number of sessions together are not limited as each situation is dog specific. Each session is scheduled for one hour unless otherwise discussed and held weekly.

Group obedience classes are offered through The Every Dog Project. Classes are scheduled for one hour weekly running with 8 weeks (Registration night plus seven lessons). Class sizes average between 3-6 dogs depending on the interest at that time. The Every Dog Project offers level one and two puppy classes and level one Obedience.

The Every Dog Project is also involved with training service dogs with Heather A. Logan at Cloverfield Animal Behaviour Services and the Cloverfield Specialist Trainer Program to train our service dogs to assist with mobility issues, PTSD, diabetic and epilepsy alert, wheel chair assistance, and autism to name a few. We do not have a "bred for purpose" program, as over 50% of these dogs do not complete the program from this method. We are strong advocates for rescuing dogs for our program as they have a higher percentage of success rates or having puppies donated from reputable and responsible breeders.

Operant Conditioning Behaviour Analysis (OCBA) is the method used by The Every Dog Project.
