My Bio in a nut shell....

Here's a little about me for those who don't know me ;)....

I have been training and competing in agility for close to 5 years . I began training, competing and teaching in Newfoundland with the Newfoundland Athletic Dog Association, primarily focusing on teaching agility foundations and handling, teaching a wide variety of dog breeds.
I learned very quickly that agility would be my joy and passion and I became eager to learn more and more.
Late 2015, me and my partner moved from Newfoundland to New Brunswick. We made this move solely on providing us the opportunity to train and play more agility :)

Over the past years I have trained with many world renown dog trainers and agility handlers, including both face-to-face and online training. Such trainers have included: Susan Garrett, Dave Munnings, Greg Derrett, Justine Davenport, Jessica Patterson, Jessica Martin, Lauren Langman.....the list goes on.
I started very early traveling with my dogs to compete in competitions across Canada, continuing to challenge myself, continuing to make myself work harder and learn more. Currently, with my dogs I hold many agility titles, including Agility Trial Champion of Canada with AAC and just a few points away from our International Agility Champion with UKI (for a complete list of Q's and titles on one of my dogs, Ace, visit www.aactrialresults.com/id/18095.html). Just this past year (2014-2015) me and my dog Ace earned 7 byes in total for the UKI Canadian Open. I have competed at such events as, many agility trials across Canada, AAC National Championships, and Canada Cup, receiving many different placements at these events. Just this year (2015), Ace and I placed 2nd overall in our height division at the NB/PEI AAC Regionals.

To sum it up, my dogs are my life, and agility and dog training is my passion. I believe my dogs are my team mates and strive everyday to build our relationships, helping us enjoy life together to the fullest! :)
