Sonia Says Sit provides Puppy Preschool, Adolescent & Adult classes & customised “in home” training programs from Helensburgh to Bulli.


“My aim is to help reduce the number of young healthy dogs being surrendered to shelters due to unwanted behaviours”.

Sonia is a fully qualified practising veterinary nurse of ten years and a certified dog trainer with the Delta Institute and Delta Society having completed the Certificate IV in Companion Animal Services.

Everyone loves a puppy, but we especially love a puppy with manners. One who sits to greet visitors, is toilet trained and comes when called.
Vet Nurse Sonia Gregson has been teaching Puppy Preschool at Helensburgh Veterinary Clinic for the last four years and has recently introduced adolescent, adult and private lessons. Proof that you can teach an old dog new tricks.
Her training classes are force free and contain up to date positive training methods.
Training has been shown to be the single most important thing that keeps dogs with their original owner for life. It strengthens the bond between the family and pet by building a relationship based on understanding, respect and trust.
