Micronesian Muttz is the newest dog training company in Guam. We specialize in off leash behavior control. Jon Hartley is the creator and head trainer. He has been a dog trainer for one of the biggest dog training franchises in the U.S.. Now that Jon and his wife Ruthie have moved to Guam, they noticed a huge need in the Tamuning area for certified dog trainers.
