CNH is a 501(c)3 small dog rescue, It is a no-kill/ limited entry private rescue. It serves South and North Carolina.

To promote spay an neutering as a way of population control.
To rescue, rehabilitate, and provide a safe and loving sanctuary for small an sassy dogs until they can be rehomed to a loving family.
To have training for any dog that is able one day to be a therapy animal for disabled person as their companion.
