Oakwood Dog Day School offers socialisation and training to young dogs.
We help with confidence building, obedience and appropriate behaviour with dogs.

Oakwood Dog Day Care is part of the Oakwood Canine Services Dog Training Centre.
We offer day care for sociable dogs Monday to Thursday between the hours of 7.45am and 5.30pm.

We have up to 20 dogs in at any one time. They have an indoor hall, an outdoor compound, and a large field for the dogs to play in. We have recently introduced a quiet room too, for those dogs who are a bit older or prefer a more calm day.

Prices range from £16.80 for puppies under 6 months old or for a half day, up to £27 for a full day for dogs over 6 months old.
Puppies under 6 months old do not need an assessment and can book in when we have space for a first time dog. Dogs over 6 months old will require an assessment day before they can book in for further sessions. These are priced at £30 which includes the price of that days care. On the assessment day there must be someone available to collect the dog if they are not happy in the day care, not all dogs are happy to share their space with up to 20 other dogs.

If the dogs are happy and and comfortable in the day care then we offer discounts for block booking sessions. You can either book sessions in 10's, 20's or 40's.

All dogs must be up to date on their vaccinations before they attend and proof must be able to provided in the form of their vaccination card. A Kennel Cough vaccination is not required, but if dogs do have this vaccination they are not able to attend for the week following being immunised as it is a live vaccine.

Bitches in season are not permitted to come to the creche until they are completely finished with their season. Once male dogs reach 6 months old they must be castrated or they will no longer be able to attend the day care.
