Capoeira is a dynamic and exciting Brasilian martial art that is a mix of defense and attack to musical instruments and vocals.

It is a great tool for kids to learn as it develops a healthy attitude, respect, discipline, motor skills, and social interaction. For adults it does the same, and is the perfect way to keep fit using all muscle groups and body strength.

Capoeira’s greatest magic lies in its playfulness. Capoeira is for men, women and children. Capoeira is for young and old alike. It offers a playground where men challenge women, and adults challenge children equally.

We hold adult classes in Mount Maunganui. Beginners welcome to all classes. Come and join in the fun!
