HypnoBirthing Classes for a more Calm and Comfortable Birth

My name is Paula Abbott, I am a mother to 3 beautiful children and a Childbirth Educator. I have been teaching Childbirth Education since achieving a Diploma in Childbirth Education in 2010.

My passion for Childbirth has lead me to become qualified HypnoBirthing Practitioner. I want to share the HypnoBirthing philosophy with pregnant woman and their families in the Bay of Plenty Region including Tauranga, Rotorua, Taupo and Whakatane.

HypnoBirthing enables limiting fears to be released to help expectant parents create a positive journey in which they are confident to prepare and plan to safely birth their babies in a calm and gentle way.
